Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to diagnose musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise instruction, and specialized rehabilitative techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment programs to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient clinical records in compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices and clinical research.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Must possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) from the Malaysian Physiotherapy Association / MMC.
- Proven clinical experience in a private clinic or hospital setting is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and electrotherapy modalities.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a team environment.
- Strong commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical clinical practice.
- Excellent time management skills and a professional, proactive attitude.
