Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough initial assessments to accurately diagnose musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
- Develop and execute individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient goals.
- Apply manual therapy techniques, including mobilization and soft tissue manipulation.
- Prescribe and supervise therapeutic exercise programs to facilitate recovery and prevent re-injury.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient documentation in accordance with professional standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their progress, treatment expectations, and home care.
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient wellness.
- Meet established KPIs while maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction and clinical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university.
- Valid registration with the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC).
- At least 1-3 years of clinical experience in a private practice or hospital setting.
- Strong clinical reasoning skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload efficiently.
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire for continuous professional development.
