Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and diagnostic evaluations for a diverse range of patients.
- Develop and implement evidence-based, personalized physiotherapy treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise instruction, and modalities to reduce pain and improve mobility.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient recovery.
- Monitor patient progress continuously and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal functional goals.
Qualifications
- Possess a Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Must hold a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) from the Malaysia Physiotherapy Association (MPA) or relevant board.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient or private practice setting is preferred (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A deep commitment to continuous professional development and keeping updated with the latest physiotherapy trends.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly advantageous.
