Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Perform manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and electrotherapy modalities effectively.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records in compliance with clinical standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient recovery.
- Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment protocols as necessary to optimize outcomes.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety within the clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Possess a Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Registered with the Malaysian Physiotherapy Association (MPA) or relevant governing bodies.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, though previous clinical experience is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate bedside manner.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
