Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in construction/real estate project management
- Proven experience in design validation and contractor oversight
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder communication skills
- Certified Project Manager (PMP) preferred
