As a key player in our manufacturing and logistics division, you will be responsible for streamlining production workflows, ensuring material availability, and supporting the planning team to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production schedules to ensure operational efficiency and on-time delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, initiating replenishment as needed.
- Liaise with the warehouse and logistics departments to manage shipment timelines and order tracking.
- Generate and maintain accurate documentation, including work orders, production reports, and shift logs.
- Identify potential bottlenecks in the production cycle and propose actionable solutions to management.
- Participate in stock-take activities and reconciliations to ensure system data integrity.
- Maintain clear communication channels between the sales team and production floor regarding order status.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or logistics planning environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical mindset with an ability to interpret data and identify discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure, multi-tasking environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of attention to detail.
