In this role, you will be the backbone of our production efficiency. You will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, optimizing material flow, and ensuring that our manufacturing processes run seamlessly to meet global customer demands. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production departments to ensure material availability.
- Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) levels and identify potential bottlenecks in the production flow.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and suggest improvements to boost operational efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on production performance, downtime, and resource utilization for management.
- Maintain and update ERP/MRP systems to ensure data integrity and real-time visibility of operations.
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders to manage production changes and updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production planning or material control, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
