In this on-site, full-time role, you will be the backbone of our production and logistics operations, ensuring that every schedule, resource, and material aligns perfectly to meet our goals. Working day shift, Monday to Friday, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and maintain a seamless supply chain. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor daily production output and adjust plans to meet changing priorities.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare reports on production performance, capacity utilization, and inventory status.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment planning.
- Communicate schedule updates and potential delays to relevant stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in production planning, supply chain, or logistics (fresh graduates with relevant internship may apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willing to work on-site in Laguna and commit to a day shift schedule.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and inventory management principles.
