Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive plant operation strategies to meet production targets and business KPIs.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma) to optimize throughput, reduce waste, and improve cost-efficiency.
  • Cultivate a safety-first culture by ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and food industry standards.
  • Mentor and develop high-performing cross-functional teams, fostering an environment of accountability and professional growth.
  • Manage the facility budget, including capital expenditure planning, inventory control, and labor resource allocation.
  • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to enhance operational agility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in plant management or operations leadership, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO standards, and relevant local regulatory requirements.
  • Proven expertise in lean manufacturing methodologies, process optimization, and supply chain management.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage large teams and drive organizational change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in ERP systems and production monitoring software.
