Join Jollibee Foods Corporation as a Plant Manager in Davao City, Philippines. You will oversee all plant operations, leading a dynamic team to deliver safe, high-quality food products at optimal cost and on schedule.
In this critical leadership role, you will drive production planning, scheduling, and throughput optimization while ensuring strict compliance with food safety standards, GMP, and HACCP. You will champion continuous improvement using lean manufacturing and data-driven decision making to reduce waste, improve yield, and maximize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
You will partner with procurement, supply chain, engineering, QA, and maintenance to ensure reliable equipment performance, preventive maintenance, and safe working conditions. Responsible for budgeting, cost control, and KPI management, you will translate strategic goals into actionable plans and track progress against targets. Responsibilities
- Oversee all plant operations including production planning, scheduling, throughput, and on-time delivery.
- Lead safety, quality, and compliance with HACCP, GMP, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma to reduce waste and optimize OEE.
- Manage maintenance and engineering to maximize equipment uptime and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, QA, and R&D to meet customer demand and product specifications.
- Develop and manage the plant budget, control costs, and monitor key performance indicators (throughput, yield, scrap, safety metrics).
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team; oversee staffing, training, performance reviews, and succession planning.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in plant management or senior operations leadership within food manufacturing (5+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards; track record of audits and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and KPI reporting; data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and data analytics.
- Willingness to work in Davao City, Philippines and lead a diverse team.
