Putra Perkasa Abadi is seeking a dynamic Plant People Development Group Leader to join our team in Kebayoran Baru. You will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive training roadmaps, performance management systems, and succession planning initiatives tailored to the specific technical demands of the mining and heavy industry sector. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor the competency matrix for all plant-level personnel including mechanics, Group Leaders, and plant engineers.
- Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps within the maintenance department.
- Design and facilitate technical workshops and soft-skill development programs to boost operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage individual performance appraisals and career development plans.
- Create and maintain standardized learning modules for plant maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs and employee performance improvement tracking.
- Manage the induction and onboarding process for new plant staff to ensure rapid time-to-productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR Business Partner roles, preferably in mining or heavy equipment industries.
- Strong understanding of technical competency frameworks and plant maintenance operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical requirements into training curricula.
- Willingness to travel to operational sites as required for training assessments.
