Responsibilities
- Review and verify policy documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory and company guidelines.
- Coordinate with underwriters and brokers to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely issuance of policies.
- Maintain and update policy records in the company’s management system, ensuring data integrity.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on outgoing policies and endorsements to minimize errors.
- Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for policy booking processes.
- Support the Operations Group in meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on policy booking and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in policy administration, quality assurance, or insurance operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in documents.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and insurance management systems.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of insurance products, policy terms, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
