Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust Power BI dashboards and interactive reports.
- Clean, transform, and model data using Power Query and DAX to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and KPIs.
- Perform data validation and quality assurance testing on reports before deployment.
- Optimize existing data models and DAX measures to improve dashboard loading times.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users for reporting tools.
- Document technical specifications and data mapping processes for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in Power BI development and data visualization.
- Strong proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M).
- Solid understanding of relational database concepts and SQL for data extraction.
- Experience in data modeling and connecting to various data sources (e.g., Excel, SQL Server, Cloud APIs).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical data findings into clear, concise business insights.
