Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
- Develop complex DAX queries and measures to support advanced data analysis requirements.
- Perform data modeling, cleaning, and preparation using Power Query (M) and SQL.
- Collaborate with business units to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting needs.
- Optimize dashboard performance to ensure fast load times and seamless user experience.
- Conduct data validation and quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy and consistency across all reports.
- Document technical specifications and provide training or documentation for end-users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence and data visualization.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (Service, Desktop, and Gateway).
- Strong knowledge of T-SQL, including complex joins and stored procedures.
- Advanced proficiency in DAX for complex calculations and data modeling.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts (e.g., Star Schema).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
