As the Pre-Delivery Inspector / Liaisonman, you will be the guardian of our quality promise. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive pre-delivery inspections on all incoming and outgoing vehicles to ensure they meet company quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Sales Department regarding vehicle availability, preparation status, and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with the Finance Department to ensure all documentation, payments, and contracts are processed accurately and timely before release.
- Strictly adhere to and enforce the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for vehicle processing and turnover.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, inventory levels, and vehicle movement logs.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, defects, or issues in vehicles to the service and management teams for immediate resolution.
- Prepare and organize all necessary documentation, keys, and accessories for customer handover.
- Facilitate the smooth physical transfer of vehicles between the storage lot, preparation bay, and showroom.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course or a vocational diploma in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (Pre-Delivery Inspector, Service Advisor, Liaisonman, Logistics Coordinator) within the automotive industry.
- Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Strong working knowledge of vehicle systems, parts, and general mechanical functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Highly proficient in inventory and document management systems, as well as standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Mandaue City, Cebu, and may be required to work on weekends or holidays as needed.
