Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects to understand business challenges and technical requirements.
- Design and architect endâtoâend ICT solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Develop persuasive preâsales documentation, including solution overviews, RFP responses, and business cases.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and workshops to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with sales teams to shape pricing strategies and competitive positioning.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform solution recommendations.
- Support the transition from preâsales to project delivery by providing detailed handover notes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of preâsales methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3â5 years of experience in preâsales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting within the ICT sector.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architectures, cloud platforms, networking, and security solutions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience with CRM/sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
