Are you an expert in Data Center infrastructure with a passion for designing hyperscale solutions? HRnetGroup is seeking a high-caliber Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our elite team. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and world-class colocation infrastructure, serving as a trusted advisor to hyperscale clients across the region.
You will lead the end-to-end technical pre-sales process, translating client business goals into robust, scalable, and efficient data center architecture. This is a unique opportunity to shape the digital backbone of the industry while working alongside top-tier engineering talent.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical pre-sales cycle for complex colocation opportunities, including RFP/RFI responses and architectural design.
- Collaborate with hyperscale clients to conduct deep-dive technical consultations and capacity planning.
- Design high-availability infrastructure solutions, including power density layouts, cooling configurations, and carrier-neutral connectivity.
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) during client presentations and boardroom-level negotiations.
- Partner with internal sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure project feasibility and seamless post-sales handover.
- Conduct site surveys and provide technical validation of facility specifications to meet client uptime and compliance requirements.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in cloud computing, edge infrastructure, and green data center technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering or technical solutions architecture within the Data Center or Telecommunications sector.
- Strong knowledge of Data Center mechanical and electrical (M&E) infrastructure, including UPS, PDU, and CRAC/CRAH systems.
- Expertise in colocation connectivity, fiber paths, and networking architectures (Cross-connects, Peering, IP transit).
- Proven ability to translate complex technical specifications into concise, compelling executive proposals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior-level stakeholders.
- Industry certifications such as CDCP, RCDD, or relevant cloud architecture certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) are highly preferred.
