Responsibilities
- Acquire new high-net-worth clients and expand existing client portfolio through strategic networking and referrals
- Increase Assets Under Management (AUM) through effective wealth management strategies and product recommendations
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Premier Wealth Banking customers
- Provide personalized financial solutions and investment advice tailored to client needs and risk profiles
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the bank
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in wealth management
- Collaborate with internal teams including investment advisors and product specialists to deliver comprehensive financial services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field from a recognized institution
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, relationship management, or financial advisory role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, investment vehicles, and market trends in the Malaysian context
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet sales targets while maintaining high service standards
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or similar are highly desirable
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital banking platforms with strong analytical skills
