As a Procurement and Compliance Coordinator, you will lead end-to-end procurement activities, maintain strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards, and collaborate with suppliers, logistics, and finance teams to optimize costs and ensure timely delivery. You will play a key role in supplier onboarding, contract administration, risk management, and audit readiness, helping the company scale while mitigating exposure and risk.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for goods and services, including supplier onboarding, RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, and performance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement guidelines, and regulatory requirements in the Philippines.
- Maintain up-to-date supplier records, contracts, and documentation for easy reference during audits.
- Monitor procurement spend and identify opportunities for cost savings and process efficiency. Prepare monthly spend analysis reports.
- Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and accounting teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate invoicing, and smooth payment cycles.
- Support risk management, vendor due diligence, and contract administration activities.
- Assist internal and external audits with accurate data, requested documents, and clear process narratives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement and compliance, preferably in logistics or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of RFQ, PO, supplier onboarding, and basic contract concepts.
- Familiarity with Philippine procurement laws, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and MS Excel; data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
