Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, vendor selection, and purchase order processing.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify cost-effective and reliable suppliers.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to optimize organizational spending.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely supply availability.
- Maintain and update accurate procurement records and vendor databases in the ERP system.
- Resolve supply chain discrepancies and address any quality or delivery issues promptly.
- Support management in drafting and reviewing supply contracts and service agreements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
- Strong understanding of supply chain logistics and inventory management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and experience with ERP/procurement software.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a manufacturing/transport environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
