We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team at Mftech Global (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Ayer Keroh, Melaka. As a Procurement Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sourcing and tender processes while ensuring timely delivery and efficient operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement workflows, maintain vendor relationships, and contribute to cost-effective purchasing decisions that drive our business forward.
This position offers great exposure to end-to-end procurement activities, supplier evaluation, and contract management. You will gain hands-on experience with procurement systems, learn industry best practices, and develop a strong foundation in supply chain operations within a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
- Support the preparation of tender documents and procurement specifications
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse team for stock requirements
- Process purchase orders and track order status
- Liaise with internal departments to understand procurement needs
- Assist in negotiating terms and pricing with suppliers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
