Based in the Central/West region of Singapore, you will oversee the end-to-end procurement process for a diverse portfolio of direct and indirect materials. You will be instrumental in driving sourcing strategies, building strong partnerships with global suppliers, and ensuring the uninterrupted supply of high-quality goods to support manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to support manufacturing requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and sustainability.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to achieve optimal cost savings and service levels.
- Manage the full lifecycle of purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of discrepancies.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular business reviews to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to proactively mitigate potential disruptions.
- Maintain comprehensive procurement records and generate detailed reports for management decision-making.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDE).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and Incoterms is a plus.
- Candidates must be willing to work in the Central/West region.
