Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to support manufacturing requirements.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and sustainability.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to achieve optimal cost savings and service levels.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular business reviews to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory.
  • Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to proactively mitigate potential disruptions.
  • Maintain comprehensive procurement records and generate detailed reports for management decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDE).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations and Incoterms is a plus.
  • Candidates must be willing to work in the Central/West region.
