You will be responsible for end-to-end procurement activities, from demand planning to supplier sourcing and contract management. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will ensure timely delivery of quality materials at optimal costs, supporting the company’s manufacturing and logistics needs.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute procurement activities including sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of materials and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery performance
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to forecast demand and avoid stockouts
- Evaluate and select vendors based on price, quality, and reliability; conduct regular supplier audits
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, contracts, and agreements in compliance with company policies
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and lead times to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to recommend proactive sourcing strategies
- Maintain accurate procurement records and generate reports for management review
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Keen analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local and international sourcing practices and regulations is a plus
