Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end procurement activities from requisition to delivery, ensuring on-time material availability for production.
  • Source, evaluate, and select suppliers; negotiate terms, pricing, and service levels to achieve cost savings and quality targets.
  • Administer purchase orders, monitor order status, and coordinate with supplier, logistics, and production teams to avoid delays.
  • Develop and maintain supplier performance metrics, conduct regular supplier reviews, and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and lead times; optimize procurement strategies to support production forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements including safety and sustainability standards.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier database; support budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or related industry.

  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and standard office software; data analysis skills.
