- Develop and execute contingent labor strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management
- Lead vendor relationship management and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards
- Analyze market trends and data to optimize procurement decisions
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in procurement workflows
- Mentor and develop procurement team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years procurement experience with 3+ years in contingent labor management
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in procurement systems
- Expertise in Philippine labor regulations and compliance
- Strategic sourcing and cost management expertise
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
