Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day supplier operations, ensuring strict adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
- Manage and optimize the long-tail supplier portfolio, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and contract compliance.
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and align procurement strategies with business needs.
- Process purchase orders, resolve invoice discrepancies, and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
- Support sourcing projects by analyzing supplier capabilities, market trends, and cost structures.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and generate reports to track key performance indicators and cost savings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, supplier operations, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract terms, and supplier relationship management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is highly preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
