You will lead the strategy, development, and execution of innovative banking products and the optimization of our extensive multi-channel network, including traditional branches, our rapidly growing digital platform, and our unique partner ecosystem.
As the Division Head, you will own the complete product lifecycle and channel P&L, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Technology, Risk, and Operations to launch market-leading solutions for our mass market and retail clients. Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Product and Channels Management division, aligning with the bank's overall business goals.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and market research to launch and post-launch optimization for lending, deposits, and digital banking solutions.
- Optimize the multi-channel distribution strategy, ensuring a seamless omnichannel customer experience across physical branches, ATMs, mobile banking, and partner networks.
- Drive data-driven decision making to enhance customer acquisition, product uptake, and cross-selling while managing portfolio health and profitability.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a large team of product managers, channel leads, and support staff, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to design and implement effective go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Oversee the division's P&L, setting and achieving aggressive targets for revenue, cost efficiency, and market share growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or Master's degree from a reputable institution is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role within product management and channel management.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine banking landscape, regulatory environment (BSP), and the financial needs of the mass market and retail segments.
- Proven success in launching and scaling digital banking products and channels.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong executive presence and excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and financial modeling for a business unit.
