Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical pre-sales and post-sales support to internal teams and external clients.
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend the most effective product applications to meet operational needs.
- Conduct technical training sessions and product demonstrations for customers and staff.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, documentation, and compliance reports.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical challenges related to product installation and usage.
- Collaborate with the product management team to provide market feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure all technical solutions adhere to safety, quality, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an application engineering or technical support role within the industrial supply sector.
- Strong understanding of industrial components, automation systems, or electrical distribution products.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, circuit diagrams, and product manuals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within the region as required.
