As a Product Management Intern in the S&R&A&C (Search & Recommendation & Analytics & Customer) division, you'll work alongside experienced product managers and engineers to help shape how hundreds of millions of users discover products across our platform. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management within one of Southeast Asia's leading tech companies.
You'll contribute to defining product roadmaps, analyzing user behavior data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features. This internship is designed for students or recent graduates who are passionate about technology, data-driven decision making, and creating exceptional user experiences in e-commerce.
Responsibilities
- Support product managers in defining and prioritizing product features for the Search & Recommendation platform
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify user needs and market opportunities
- Analyze user behavior data and metrics to derive actionable insights for product improvements
- Create product specifications, user stories, and documentation for engineering teams
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless feature delivery
- Participate in sprint planning, product reviews, and cross-functional meetings
- Monitor product performance and prepare reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and consumer internet products is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Internship experience in product management, consulting, or tech companies is preferred
