Take a pivotal role at Cooee Inc as a Product Operations Associate focused on Excel and data. This hands-on position supports product workflows, data integrity, and scalable processes across the organization. You will be a critical link between product, design, engineering, and sales, ensuring that product decisions are backed by accurate, timely data and repeatable procedures.
Your responsibilities include owning and optimizing Excel driven data pipelines, performing rigorous data cleansing, validation, deduplication, and enrichment. You will help design and maintain standardized SOPs, govern data quality, and build dashboards that reveal product usage, feature adoption, and operational KPIs. This role requires strong attention to detail, proactive problem solving, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to cross functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Own and optimize product operations processes, data standards, and documentation to support product teams.
- Manage Excel driven data pipelines, including data validation, cleansing, deduplication, enrichment, and reconciliation.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product metrics, feature adoption, and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, sales, and customer success to gather requirements and ensure data availability for cross-functional decisions.
- Implement and enforce data quality controls and SOPs; identify and drive process improvements.
- Support new product launches and releases by coordinating data readiness, release notes, and data migrations.
- Assist in documenting best practices, creating training materials, and scaling procedures for the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, data analytics, computer science, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, data validation, charts) and comfort with data manipulation.
- Experience with data cleansing, wrangling, normalization, and maintaining data accuracy across systems.
- Familiarity with SQL or basic data querying; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work cross-functional in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate data into actionable insights and present to stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, with strong time management and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
