As the Product Sales Specialist, you will own the full sales cycle for surgical products, from lead generation and clinical demonstrations to negotiations and post-sale support. You will work with cross-functional teams to coordinate training, installation, and after-sales service, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Location and travel: This role covers the Selangor region and surrounding areas. Occasional travel to customer sites, hospitals, and events is required, supported by a flexible schedule and collaborative team culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet quarterly and annual targets for surgical products.
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, operating room staff, procurement professionals, and hospital decision-makers.
- Provide product demonstrations, clinical education, and evidence-based presentations to support purchasing decisions.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Clinical, Marketing, Supply Chain) to ensure successful product launches and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform strategy and product improvements.
- Ensure compliance with medical device regulations, patient safety standards, and ethical guidelines.
- Develop accurate forecasts, maintain CRM records, and generate regular performance reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record in medical device or surgical product sales, with demonstrable revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to simplify complex clinical information.
- Strong network within hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers in Malaysia is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a regional territory.
- Ability to travel as required to meet customers and conduct site visits.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and post-market surveillance for medical devices is a plus.
