Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide detailed product presentations and educational sessions to doctors and medical staff.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within the healthcare sector.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional events and medical conferences.
- Provide regular reporting on territory performance and identify new business growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Nursing, or a related healthcare/business field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in medical sales or as a pharmaceutical representative.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Malay.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for travel within the Kuala Lumpur area.
- A deep interest in evidence-based medicine and patient wellness.
- Ability to interpret clinical studies and communicate technical information clearly.
