About the Role

Managed by PERSOLKELLY, this is an outstanding opportunity for a candidate with current Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration to apply their clinical expertise in a commercial environment. Working out of the West Region, you will be the critical link between the company and healthcare professionals, ensuring that clinical needs are met with the highest quality products and services.
What You Will Do
As a Product Specialist, you will leverage your nursing background to educate, train, and support medical teams. You will act as a trusted advisor to surgeons, physicians, and nursing staff, providing them with essential product knowledge to improve patient care. Your responsibilities will span from in-theatre support and clinical training to market feedback analysis. You will work closely with the sales and marketing departments to drive product adoption, making your role instrumental to the company's success and ultimately, patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for healthcare professionals, providing expert product knowledge and clinical support for a portfolio of medical devices.
- Conduct product demonstrations, in-service education, and training sessions for doctors, nurses, and hospital staff to ensure safe and effective product utilization.
- Provide in-theatre or clinical setting support during the use of medical devices, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies that drive product adoption, market share growth, and revenue targets.
- Gather and relay customer feedback, clinical data, and market intelligence to the product development and management teams for continuous improvement.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of competitor products, clinical research, and industry trends to effectively position the product portfolio.
- Prepare and present clinical reports, product utilization data, and market feedback to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, safety standards, inventory management protocols, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid and current registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) is mandatory.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent healthcare discipline).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a recognized hospital setting (Operating Theatre, ICU, or A&E experience is highly advantageous).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with medical professionals.
- Ability to work independently, manage a diverse schedule, and thrive in a target-oriented commercial environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
- Strong passion for medical technology and a demonstrated desire to learn about new products and clinical applications.
- Candidates with prior experience in a medical sales, clinical education, or product specialist role will be given priority consideration. Valid driver's license is a plus.
