EA Recruitment Pte Ltd is looking for a dedicated Production Assistant to join our client’s manufacturing team in the vibrant Changi area. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting day‑to‑day production activities, ensuring that operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating daily production schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the warehouse team to replenish materials as needed.
- Conduct basic quality checks on finished products and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to 5S standards.
- Support equipment setup, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance under guidance.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Document production data, shift logs, and incident reports accurately.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify process improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with basic production machinery and inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift light loads.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry).
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards is a plus.
