Job Description
Qnnect is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Executive to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Simpang Ampat, Penang. Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure alignment with production schedules and targets
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain consistent product quality standards
- Track and analyze production metrics and prepare reports for management review
- Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the production floor
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with quality management systems (ISO, Six Sigma preferred)
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems
