Responsibilities
- Assist operators in setting up, running, and monitoring production machinery.
- Perform routine inspections of products and packaging to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Load, unload, and move materials and finished goods using pallet jacks or hand trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations following 5S principles.
- Accurately record production data, including output counts and downtime, in log sheets or digital systems.
- Follow all safety protocols and participate in regular safety training sessions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation and preferably experience in a food or beverage production environment.
- Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
- Effective communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
