Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily production activities to achieve output targets and maintain quality standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules, capacity plans, and workflow optimizations.
- Monitor and analyze production performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ISO standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams including engineering, logistics, and procurement to streamline supply chain operations.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3â5 years of handsâon experience in production management within manufacturing or logistics environments.
- Proven track record of meeting production targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process improvement, and quality control methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Good command of Malay and English, both written and verbal.
