Responsibilities
- Set up and operate assigned manufacturing equipment on the production line, following standard work instructions.
- Monitor production quality, inspect finished products, and document deviations.
- Perform routine maintenance and adjustments to keep equipment running efficiently.
- Accurately count, weigh, and package materials according to process specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace; adhere to OSHA and GMP guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets.
- Assist with shift handoffs and escalate issues promptly to elevate quality and productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret simple diagrams and Production documents.
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Basic math and measurement skills; comfortable with data entry and batch records.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Reliable, with good communication and teamwork skills.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
