Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor production lines to ensure output meets quality and safety standards.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of machinery to prevent downtime.
- Assist with the assembly, packaging, and labeling of finished goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with 5S and safety regulations.
- Accurately record production data and report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
- Ability to perform shift work and operate machinery effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Good physical stamina with the ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
