SONT PHOTONICS Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our dynamic team in Batu Kawan, Penang. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor various production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards and minimize defects.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with 5S standards.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report any machinery malfunctions or technical issues promptly.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- SPM/STPM or Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of factory operations and production processes.
- Good manual dexterity and the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
