Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to established SOPs to achieve daily output targets.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and report any deviations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues, escalating major problems to supervisors.
- Accurately record production data, including output counts, downtime, and quality inspection results.
- Assist in material handling, including loading raw materials and packaging finished goods.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team meetings to enhance productivity and safety.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM / equivalent; previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) precisely.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills to complete production logs and quality checklists.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
