Responsibilities
- Operate Deep Draw Stamping (DSC) and Trim and Form (TE) machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Perform daily machine inspections, minor maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal production efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by strictly following safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Monitor product quality during the production process and report any deviations or defects immediately.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Document production data, machine logs, and maintenance records accurately.
Qualifications
- Diploma or GCE 'O' Levels in Technical or Manufacturing-related fields.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of factory production processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to shift schedules.
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks as required.
