Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient output.
- Perform assembly tasks for high-end server hardware components.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet technical specifications.
- Follow strict safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to optimize workflow.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or process inconsistencies to the supervisor.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production quotas.
- Assist in inventory management and material handling as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, Nitec, or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Willingness to perform shift work if required.
- Strong team player with a positive work attitude.
- Basic knowledge of technical or manufacturing processes is an advantage.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks comfortably.
- Prior experience in a cleanroom or electronics manufacturing environment is a plus.
