Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor production output to ensure quality standards and specifications are consistently met.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
- Record daily production data, including unit counts and material usage accurately.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report defects or malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and quotas.
- Follow all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or 'O' Level qualification.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform shift work and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety protocols.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technical skills.
- Ability to work well within a diverse team.
- Must be able to commute to the West region (transport provided from specific pick-up points).
