Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing capacity.
- Monitor production progress and adjust plans in real-time to mitigate bottlenecks or supply chain disruptions.
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Maintain strict compliance with EU MDR standards and internal FMCG quality protocols.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and reduce operational waste.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on production performance, lead times, and schedule attainment for management.
- Coordinate with engineering and QA departments to manage change control processes for new product introductions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production planning, ideally within an FMCG or regulated medical device environment.
- Working knowledge of EU MDR requirements and quality management systems (QMS).
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex data and production timelines.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent operational priorities effectively.
