Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.
- Monitor daily production progress and adjust schedules to accommodate changes in demand or capacity.
- Analyze material requirements and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of components.
- Identify, report, and troubleshoot production bottlenecks to minimize downtime.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track production efficiency and suggest process improvements.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and finished goods movement.
- Prepare comprehensive production reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing) or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing control.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and MS Excel.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and inventory management principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate between production, quality, and procurement departments.
