Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive production schedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery to customers.
- Monitor raw material levels and coordinate closely with the procurement team to prevent production downtime.
- Utilize ERP and MRP systems to maintain real-time accuracy of inventory and production data.
- Analyze production capacity and identify potential bottlenecks to optimize shop-floor workflow.
- Facilitate daily coordination meetings between Sales, Production, and Logistics departments.
- Generate and present detailed reports on production performance, KPIs, and resource utilization.
- Lead continuous improvement projects and implement Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong proficiency in ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or ISO quality management systems is a significant advantage.
