Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive production schedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery to customers.
  • Monitor raw material levels and coordinate closely with the procurement team to prevent production downtime.
  • Utilize ERP and MRP systems to maintain real-time accuracy of inventory and production data.
  • Analyze production capacity and identify potential bottlenecks to optimize shop-floor workflow.
  • Facilitate daily coordination meetings between Sales, Production, and Logistics departments.
  • Generate and present detailed reports on production performance, KPIs, and resource utilization.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects and implement Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced industrial environment.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or ISO quality management systems is a significant advantage.
