As a Production Sorter / Warehouse Operator, you will help ensure goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately while maintaining safety and quality standards. You will collaborate with colleagues to keep inventory visibility up to date and support timely order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and organize incoming materials for storage and outbound orders
- Perform accurate receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and labeling per standard operating procedures
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and meticulous record-keeping
- Operate standard warehouse equipment and tools in a safe manner (training provided)
- Update ERP/WMS data and documentation; assist with shipping documentation
- Maintain 5S housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
- Collaborate with team to meet daily throughput targets and quality standards
- Support returns processing, QA checks, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse or production experience is preferred
- Comfort with manual handling and physical labor (lifting up to 25 kg)
- Strong attention to detail and good numerical aptitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Safety-conscious with knowledge of basic safety protocols
- Basic computer literacy; experience with ERP/WMS is a plus
- Shift flexibility and reliability; willingness to work weekends if required
