Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing of ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics products.
- Assemble, pack, and label finished products according to company specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials and finished goods to ensure they meet established criteria.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with 5S and safety protocols.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to the Team Leader immediately.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets while minimizing waste and downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflow efficiency and troubleshoot production issues.
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or Technical-Vocational Graduate (NCII is a plus).
- With or without experience; fresh graduates and career shifters are highly encouraged to apply.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (up to 25 kgs), and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Willing to work in Balintawak, Metro Manila and amenable to shifting schedules, overtime, and weekend work.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive working attitude, punctual, and reliable.
