Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure all products meet strict quality control standards before packaging.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation in compliance with 5S methodology.
- Perform daily equipment checks and report any technical issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist in inventory management, including the accurate recording of raw materials and finished goods.
- Collaborate with the Japanese Manager to implement process improvements and production efficiency goals.
- Support various production areas as needed to ensure smooth operational flow and meet daily targets.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety protocols and manufacturing best practices.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Senior High School graduate, or Vocational course equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex technical instructions.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to work under Japanese management standards.
- Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive tasks and standing for long periods.
- Must be flexible to work on shifting schedules if required by operations.
- Highly disciplined with a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality.
